Due to the characteristics of Deoxyribonucleic acid DNA chain which contains a very wide range parallelism mechanism, and computing processing speed can arrive at 1 billion times per one second. It is worth only billionth traditional computer. became focus attention researchers in field encryption. The aim this study find an efficient safe algorithm for data encryption as well decryption. A symmetric novel method proposed paper depends on by applying mixture oligonucleotide new development technology steps. includes encoding each character predefined decimal number, converting it its equivalent binary number then into coding. Finally, converts code that represents row column numbers. Simulation all text (words) executed parallel using Visual Basic programming, obtained excellent result terms time because characters, so able process largest data, them encode same time. An efficient, fast highly scheme has been due complete executing DNA-based algorithm.
